Why not just call in when we are having a meeting, preferably on a Tuesday or Thursday morning, when the club secretary will be there.
Find us on the map at the bottom of the ‘Home Page’ and just come along.
There’s a simple application form to fill in to join and for your own safety an optional health form that tells us who to contact in case of an emergency and if you have any medical conditions you want us to be aware of.
Can anyone join?
Yes ……. but it is a ‘Men’s Shed’ so you need to be a male but the good news is a ‘Women’s Shed’ is hoping to start soon and we will happily put you in contact with the lady who is trying to organise it.
We are trying to stay safe.
Many of our members are of an age that makes them vulnerable, so we insist that members must be vaccinated and boosted against Covid-19 and that they don’t attend meetings when suffering from colds and flu, etc.
What does it cost to join?
Membership runs from the 1st January and costs just €75 a year in subscriptions for existing full membership. New members can have full membership for the first year at just €50 or you can even be an associate member if you just want the social side of things. Ask the club secretary about what would be best for you and your interests.
To cover our costs of tea, coffee, biscuits and other occasional events such as a breakfast or lunch, there is a weekly €3 donations asked for at the meetings.
